where is my download/serial code?

Your Serial/Download code would have been emailed to you after purchase, the email will come from Pulse. If you can’t find the code after you’ve purchased the plugin, please, check your spam folder. If it isn’t there, it is possible the there was a typo in the email at checkout and you will need to contact us using the chat widget below.

If you purchased the instrument(s) before the 20th December 2022 and had your serial codes stored in your Virharmonic Website account, these serial codes would have been emailed to you when we switched to the new website which does not have an account system since we moved the accounts to Pulse. If you cannot find the email, please contact us.

Your serial code is used to add the instrument to the Pulse Downloader account for the first time and is also used to activate the Plug-in on your computer, so it is one code for both.

Need to activate again and cannot find your serial code? Your serial codes are stored in the pulse downloader, please open the Pulse App, click on the image of the instrument you wish to activate and you will see the serial code under "Pulse Key"

If the above does not help, please, get in touch and we will send you the codes as soon as possible.

If you want to install the samples again on your new computer, simply log into your pulse account and download the instrument from there.
