Virharmonic accounts have been removed as we now use the Pulse Downloader for downloading. **If you purchased the instrument(s) before the 20th December 2022 and had your serial codes stored in your Virharmonic account, these serial codes would have been emailed to you when we switched to the new website which does not have an account system as we switched to Pulse for digital downloads.**

Please keep your serial code confirmation email saved, if you lose the serial code, please contact us

If you purchased after the 21st December 2022, your Serial/Download code would have been emailed to you after purchase. If you can’t find the code after you’ve purchased the plug-in, please check your spam folder. If it isn’t there, it is possible the there was a typo in the email at checkout and you will need to contact us using the chat widget below.

Your serial code is used to add the instrument to the Pulse Downloader account for the first time and is also used to activate the Plug-in on your computer, so it is one code for both.

→ installing again on a new computer?

If you want to install the samples again on your new computer, simply log into your pulse account and download the instrument from there.
