Resell, returns and refunds
The License granted is NON TRANSFERABLE and cannot be sold, shared, leased, rented, lent, redistributed, sub-licensed or given. Once the Serial is Authorised, the License is non returnable and non refundable.
If the serial code has not been activated and a refund request is received, it must occur within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
To initiate a refund: Please use the contact box on the bottom right side of our website and provide your contact email and order ID. Response times to request sent between Tuesday to Friday will occur within 24 hours.
All clearance Sales are final, regardless if serial has been Authorised or not. Clearance sales will be clearly marked as "clearance sale".
Sales are not compatible with other discounts codes unless specifically stated.
