On the 22nd of December 2022, all existing customers were sent an email which contained all purchased serial codes.
The email included the UVI version Serial Codes for those who purchased these versions and also included the new Gorilla-Engine serial codes. If you did not receive this email, it may have gone into your Spam folder. If you cannot find the email, please contact us with at least one of the following included in your message:
- Full name
- Email used to purchase
- UVI Serial Number(s)
- Order ID Number
With one of the above we can search our database for your new Gorilla-Engine serial codes.
Once you have your new serial codes, you can add the new versions to the Pulse downloader
