how to re-install

Re-Installing

Open the Pulse Downloader and click on the image of the instrument you wish to re-install.

Now click on Open product Directory and a new window will open and will show the installer file.

For macOS - Open the installer DMG file and a small finder window will appear. Open the installer PKG file to begin the install process.

For Windows 10/11 - Open the Installer EXE file and begin the install process.

If no files are found in the directory, you may have moved them to another drive, please relocate them.

If you have previously deleted the original installer, please re-download the instrument again.
